Overview
PB Loader supplies large trailer mounts that provide for easy maneuvering in smaller, enclosed areas. These trailer models are great for asphalt patching in various weather conditions.

General Info
Each product we offer at PB Loader is designed to facilitate repair processes and make jobs possible despite varying weather conditions.
Available in 3, 4, 6, and 8 cubic yard capacities with double wall construction. High density insulation throughout. 45° sloping 3/16” steel floor. Double door top lids open into a “V” with inside surface acting as a funnel.
Discharged by a belt over chain, 24” wide conveyor system. High temperature, heavy duty, multiply, 18″ wide Kevlar® belt riveted onto every other crossbar by four rivets. Belting shall have WearGuard® coating and sealed ends for lacing. Reinforced and designed to withstand 800ºF and harsh cleaning solvents. Forward and reverse controls.
Propane fueled casted manifold burner(s) with flume adjustment. Thermostatically controlled and 12-volt electronic igniters. 100% fuel shut off if burner is extinguished. Burner area fully enclosed and located at front of unit safely away from rear operation.
Truck mounted with heavy duty tie down brackets. Hand torch with 25’ hose. Shoveling apron with folding bottom. 25-gallon LPG tank.
Emulsified asphalt spray and storage system mounted on truck chassis for applying tack coat. Powered by compressed air. Round ASME tank with T-bolt cap, fill strainer basket, and discharge Y-strainer. Wand and 25-foot hose. Standard air flush and optional solvent flush with 15-gallon tank. 10-gallon waste tank. Optional overnight auxiliary heating system.
Emulsified asphalt spray and storage system mounted on truck chassis for applying tack coat. Powered by hydraulic emulsion pump. Two-compartment tank for emulsion and solvent, fill strainer basket, and discharge Y-strainer. Wand and 25-foot hose. Standard solvent flush. 10-gallon waste tank. Standard overnight auxiliary heating system.
