PB Emulsion Sprayer
Overview
PB offers emulsion sprayers with more sizes and features than anyone else in the industry.
Emulsion systems can be powered by a hydraulically driven pump or compressed air and sized to meet your needs. These systems are truck mounted in conjunction with an asphalt patcher or any truck body. They are available in trailer, hook lift, and slip-in/skid models, with a variety of options, sizes, and custom configurations.

BH Series – Pump Emulsion Systems
Pump Type Sprayers – Pump type emulsion sprayers include a solvent tank for flushing the emulsion hose and cleaning flush with a waste tank system. Equipped with “Y” strainer, fill basket, wand with 25’ hose. Truck mounted units are usually heated by the truck cooling system but can also be heated by LPG burner. All trailer and slip-in units use LPG heaters.

CS Series – Compressor Systems
Compressor type emulsion sprayers are available in the many sizes. These can be charged off the truck brake system compressor, or any air compressor. Equipped with “Y” strainer, fill basket, wand with 25’ hose. These sprayers are heated by the truck cooling system or LPG burner. Trailer and slip-in models are equipped with an engine driven compressor.
